This website provides astrological and/or esoteric content, reports, information, and access to telephone, live chat and e-mail consultations. Certain premium services may require registration and/or payment. Premium services are available to individuals over the age of 18. In addition, ESO.TV does not permit use of the services by residents from countries, states, or provinces where such services are prohibited by law. You certify that the information given to ESO.TV on registration is true and complete. ESO.TV will not be responsible for any false statements made in registration. If due to any technical problems on ESO.TV's side you can't enjoy the premium service you paid for you'll get a full refund.

5. I agree that I will not charge back on my credit card account, as that could be construed as fraud on my part. The only circumstance where a charge back would be accepted is if my credit card was stolen and used to illegally to access the services of ESO.TV

6. I agree that by signing up with ESO.TV, I will periodically receive e-mails information and promotional communications from ESO.TV.

7. I warrant that I will use ESO.TV for lawful purposes only. I will never use my membership or account to do any of the following:

- Promote or transmit any harmful, threatening, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abus ive, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise unacceptable content.
- Promote or transmit any material associated to minors, bestiality, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage.
- Distract, harass, disturb another Member and/or Expert and/or Visitor of ESO.TV or any other person.
- Try to acquire personal information, login details or account from any Member and/or Expert.
- Represent myself as being an agent, associate, employee, owner or representative of or as being otherwise connected to ESO.TV.
- Advertise, promote any other service, website or business on ESO.TV.

Credit card purchases by phone

1. The psychic phone reading service (the Service) provided by EsoTV Ltd. (the Operator) can be accessed by calling the service phone number advertised on various platforms. By using the Service, the Customer agrees to pay the relevant advertised fees.

3. Description of the Service

The Service is available to Customers by calling the Service phone number (as listed above). Priority 1300 service call rates apply. The Customer agrees to pay the call fees to the telephone service operator. In addition to this, the Customer will purchase a psychic reading package by calling one of the Operator's advertised service numbers. The Customer's credit card will be charged with the amount of the package purchased. The billing will appear on your credit card statement as 'Eso.tv Ezo.Tv'. Credit Card payments are processed via Payvision.com and your Bank or Credit Card Company may charge an additional processing fee.

The Psychic reading package is the prepaid amount of time that can be used to consult a psychic selected by the Customer. The main advantage of the Service is that its rates per minute are generally lower than other premium rate telephone services.

The credit card service standard rate is $4.50 per min (this is much cheaper service than the Premium Rate service). But by buying one of our credit card packages you get an even better rate from us. After you have used your package call minutes your reading can continue and the rate changes back to $4.50 per min."

a) Registration

Customers are required to register in order to use the Service. During the registration process we require the following information:

- Name
- Date of birth
- Address and billing address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Credit card number, expiry date, CSC

The Customer can register only if we are permitted to record this information. If any of the information above is missing or incorrect, the Customer’s registration will be incomplete and the Customer will be unable to use the Service.

During the registration process we will check the validity of the credit card details. This is done by charging the Customer’s card with the nominal amount of $1.00 (AUD 1.00), and this amount is then added to the first purchase of Credits.

At the end of the registration process our system will generate a unique 4-digit PIN code for the Customer. This 4-digit PIN code can then be used to log into our system.

This PIN can be changed at any time by the Customer.

b) Prepaid balance

After the registration process has been completed, or at any other time, the customer service representatives can provide information regarding which psychic reading packages are available (prices and rates/min) to the Customer.

The Customer can choose the most suitable package and agrees that the Operator will charge the registered credit card with the price of the relevant package. If the charge is successful, the call minutes will be added to the Customer's Credits balance. The Prepaying balance refers to the addition of the purchased call minutes to the Customer's Credits balance.

Our new clients can choose between the following incredible special offers for their first consultation :

- 10 minutes for only $10 inc. GST

These special offers are valid for new Customers only and only one offer can be selected after the successful completion of Customer registration. The Customer can then immediately proceed to select a psychic.

After their first purchase the Customer may check or top up their balance any time. The Customer can top up their Credits balance using the telephone, or with the assistance of one of our customer service representatives.

Return Customers can choose from the following special offers :

- 10 minute package. Price: $40.00
- 30 minute package. Price: $99.00
- 50 minute package. Price: $149.00

The Operator reserves the right to change the prices of the Service. Any such changes will not affect the costs of psychic reading packages which have already been purchased by the Customer.

c) Using the Service

The Service is available to registered Customers only. The Customer can log in to the system by calling the Operator's telephone number and by entering their unique 4-digit PIN code. The system will advise the Customer of their current Credits balance. After which the Customer can choose one of the following options :

- Select and consult a psychic
- Top up their Credits balance
- Contact a customer service representative

The Customer will hear a warning signal when there is only one minute left in their Credits balance. After the Credits balance is exhausted the Customer may continue the conversation but at the rate of $4.50/min (inc. GST). After using the Service the additional minutes will be charged to the Customer's credit card. The Customer will be notified of these charges by the system at the end of the call.

4. The Cost of the Service

When purchasing a psychic reading package, the Customer will pay the cost of the package as described in Section 3. b) of these Terms & Conditions before using said Service. The Service is based on call minutes, so after the commencement of each minute, one complete minute is deducted from the Credits balance.

The Customer who uses the Service understands and agrees, that because the Service is provided through a telephone communications system, there may be additional costs over and above the purchased package prices. The cost of any call is determined by the services contract between the Customer and the telephone service provider company.

The Operator will provide an electronic invoice after each transaction, which will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.

5. The Customer accepts that the Operator records and stores the telephone conversations, and stores the information given at time of the registration. The Operator will not record any auditory information regarding the credit card details, and it provides an assurance that after the registration process is complete no information about the credit card is available except the last 4 digits of the card.

6. The Customer accepts that the Operator may record the conversations with the psychics (the Service) for quality assurance purposes.

7. The Operator does not take responsibility for any advice or statements regarding the future provided to the Customer. The Customer may, or may not, use the information obtained during the provision of the Service entirely at their own risk.

8. The Operator does not monitor nor check any information provided during the operation of the Service. The Operator is not responsible for the validity, accuracy, applicability, quality or otherwise of the content provided during the Service.

9. The Service is for adults only, who are 18 years or older.

10. It is entirely the Customer's responsibility that the psychic selected by the Customer is satisfactory for the Customer's needs.

11. The Operator does not guarantee that the selected psychic will be able to provide the information or advice that the Customer requests.

12. The Psychics are not employees of the Operator.

13. The Psychics and the Customers are responsible for any communications between them. Trusting and accepting the information given by the psychic is solely at the discretion of the Customer.

14. Information regarding finances.

The Customer cannot request - either verbally or in writing - advice and evaluations regarding investments or the buying and/or selling of stocks or securities.

15. Information regarding health.

The information given by the psychic regarding health issues are general and serve for entertainment purposes only. The Operator does not provide health consultancy or any other medical services. Psychics are not to act as diagnosticians, to provide medical care or prescribe medications. By using the Service the Customer agrees not to request any of these services. If there are serious health issues the Customer should visit their physician, medical practit ioner or the nearest hospital.

16. By using the Service the Customer agrees to the automatic and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

17. The Customer may give consent so that the Operator may store their personal information (except the credit card information) and use it solely for EsoTV Ltd. marketing purposes (via SMS, e-mail, or phone) without any additional remuneration to the Customer.

18. The Operator will provide a customer service facility during normal business hours. Outside normal business hours a message bank service will operate. The telephone number is - Helpline: 1800 444 407

The Service cannot be reached through this number, it is purely for customer service purposes.

19. The Operator reserves the right to cancel or suspend the provision of the Service and to change the content of these Terms and Conditions.

20. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by the Operator, who is obliged to make the amended version available to its Customers.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the Spam Act 2003, the Privacy Act, the 2009 MPS Code and Guidelines.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, ESO.TV and its parents and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, partners, members, managers, employees, agents and attorneys, against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, suits, proceedings, judgements, fines, damages, costs, losses and expenses (including settlement costs and/or reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Website and/or Services, and any material that you submit to or transmit through the Website, your violation of this Agreement, your infringement or violation of the rights of another, or termination of your access to the Website and/or Services.

ESO.TV and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website or in association with the service provided by ESO.TV, whether caused by users, visitors, members, employees or the malfunctioning of the equipment or software in connection with the service, or for the conduct of any user and/or member of ESO.TV and/or affiliated companies.

Web chat and calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Any recorded information will not be shared.
